Winter's last stand - new colourway!

I don't know about you, but where we are winter is still going hard. We have three weeks left technically and Mother Nature is taking advantage of every day she is allowed. This week we have been getting pummelled with alternating freezing rain and ice and then one foot or more overnight snow dumps. The one benefit for us in the Pletzer family is that we discovered a little too late that snow shoeing in our backyard forest with Henry in the ergo makes for a great afternoon activity - and quite the workout I might add! But, we will have a few more weeks to enjoy this little perk.

I encourage you to do the same. Instead of lamenting the fact that spring is still a while away, enjoy what we have from winter remaining. And to celebrate the remainder of winter, we have a new colourway to release ... Arrowhead Hearth! Arrowhead Hearth is a medium grey that has the lightness of smoke and the shine of silver.

A bit behind its inspiration:
North of Huntsville, Arrowhead Provincial Park is beautiful all year round, but really shines in the winter. With the legendary ice skating trail, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and tubing, there is no end to the winter fun. When the you need to take a break from the cold, the park has cozy heated cabins, with gas fireplaces, so you can pull up a chair and work on your knitting.

Are you signed up for our emails? Those that did received an email with a special coupon code for any yarn base in our new Hearth colourway for the rest of the week. It is definitely worth joining!
