The Lady of the Lakes, Windermere House, was built in 1870,as a boarding house. Today, it is a popular tourist destination on the shores of Lake Rosseau. While the property suffered a devastating fire caused by a Hollywood film production, it has been fully restored, including its distinctive red roof, that can easily be seen for many miles around.
