Potter's Truffle

28.00

Potter’s Landing is the historic name for the main access point to Go Home Lake, which is one of the few spots in the area were truffles have been found. Fed by the Musquash and Go Home Rivers, Go Home Lake was named for the fact that it was the last stop that the ships carrying the logs driven down the rivers from the Severn Forest before the had to “go home” to the various mills around Georgian Bay where the lumber was processed. The area is very popular with cottagers today and is one of the most rugged and rocky lakes in Muskoka.
